How many days a month do engagements run?

Most fractional engagements run two to six days a month, set after the audit and adjusted as your roadmap changes. Managed engagements are scoped by platform surface instead of days.

Who owns the infrastructure and the code?

You do — always. Everything is built in your cloud accounts and committed to your repositories as code, with documentation your team can follow.

What if we later hire in-house?

That is a good outcome, and we plan for it from day one. Because the platform is code, documented, and reviewed, handover is a structured step — we will even help you interview.

Do we need Kubernetes?

Not always. We size the platform to your stage: sometimes that is Kubernetes, sometimes something far simpler. You get a recommendation grounded in operations, not fashion.

What happens outside working hours?

Monitoring and alerting run around the clock. Response is defined per engagement — clear escalation paths, runbooks your team can execute, and explicit response scope where you need it. We set honest expectations rather than promise a marketing SLA.
