What this site is
This website describes the services of Lodemark (“we”, “us”), an infrastructure and DevOps consultancy based in Novi Sad, Serbia. The content is provided for general information about what we do and how we work.
What it is not
Nothing on this site is professional advice for your specific situation, a guarantee of results, or an offer capable of acceptance. Case-study figures describe specific past engagements; your platform, constraints, and outcomes will differ. Actual engagements are governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties — if anything here conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement wins.
Use of the site
You may browse, link to, and quote this site with attribution. You may not misrepresent its content, scrape it for spam, or attempt to disrupt it. The Lodemark name, logo, and site content are ours; please do not reuse them in ways that suggest affiliation or endorsement.
Liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made or losses incurred from relying on the site’s content alone. Liability within an engagement is defined in that engagement’s agreement.
Third-party links and tools
The site links to third-party services (for example, our scheduling page). Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control.
Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. We may update them from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision. Questions: [email protected].
