Who we are

Lodemark (“we”, “us”) is an infrastructure and DevOps consultancy based at Bulevar Oslobođenja 30A, Novi Sad 21000, Serbia. For anything in this policy, contact us at [email protected].

What we collect, and why

Contact form. When you submit the form on this site we collect the details you enter — name, company, work email, phone (optional), an optional cloud-spend range, and your message. We use them for one purpose: responding to your enquiry and, if we end up working together, managing that relationship.

Scheduling.If you book an introductory call, scheduling is handled by Pipedrive’s meeting scheduler, which collects the details you provide there (name, email, chosen time).

Analytics. When enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage (pages visited, approximate location, device type). We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the contact form from abuse. Neither is used to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or share your data for advertising.

Who processes it

Your data is handled by a small set of established providers acting as processors: Pipedrive (CRM and scheduling), Vercel (website hosting), Sanity (content management), Cloudflare (security), and Google (analytics, where enabled). Some of these providers store data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union, under their standard data-protection terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for as long as it is relevant to the conversation or the working relationship it led to, and then deleted. You can shortcut that at any time — see your rights below.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop processing it. Email [email protected] and we will act on the request promptly. If you are in the EU/EEA, these rights follow the GDPR; we honor the same rights for everyone else too.

Client infrastructure data

Details you share about your infrastructure — in a form message, an audit, or an engagement — are treated as confidential business information: access is limited to the people working on your engagement, we are happy to sign an NDA before any audit, and audit access is read-only unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes affecting active clients are communicated directly.
